The meeting was held in Konya under the leadership of Selcuk University. The aim of the meeting is to ensure that the partners act in coordination in the technical, administrative and financial management of the project. For this purpose, the work done on all intellectual outputs, ongoing work and work to be done were discussed in detail at the meeting. Intermediate outputs, quality assurance and dissemination activities were evaluated and a new roadmap was determined.

In this context, a deadline was set for the detection of errors that occurred during the transfer of modules in all languages to the e-learning platform. In addition, the introduction of the 1st mobile application (android app) and developments for the 2nd application were presented and a deadline was set for the application. Dissemination, quality control and other activities were reviewed. Deadlines were set for these activities. Planning and final reviews were completed for the multiplier event to be held one day later. All ongoing activities of the project that need to be completed were also discussed.
